Not that it makes any difference. No one seems to be on sync with the crap that I talk about. It's either no one gives a damn about the stuff I talk about, or no one wants to air their opinion on the stuff I talk about.
But then again, life doesn't seem all that fun. I hate it when things change. One in particular recently, but then I don't wanna talk about that.
Anyway, my mid-term break is here. However, it might as well be a normal week as I am fully laden with bunches of assignments and projects and labs and stuff. It's freaking annoying. You know what I should've done? I should've went back every week before this week, since I don't think I did anything at all the past few weeks.
I won something. Apparently. Yeah. I was PM'ed that I won something, but I am kinda doubtful about whether it would actually get to me or not. On the other hand, I am RM62.50 richer. (The money is not what I won.)
Let's talk about something fun and depressing at the same time shall we? How can something be fun and depressing you ask? Well, let me tell you.
Exhibit A:
The presents I got for my birthday this year. ^^
Before that, thanks to those who wished me. I counted, a total of seven people wished me happy birthday. (Not counting my family) Yes, people, s-e-v-e-n. I'm not complaining technically, but the fact is that any other normal person can easily beat that without even marginally trying. ^^
Second sad fact, of those presents you see in the picture, 3 of them, were self-bought. Well one of them was free, and is technically not much of a present, it's the gundam catalog thingy, which isn't anything much anyway, but I like it, and if I had a nicer wall or something I would've put it up. I did get another present, but I haven't seen it yet. The upside to this is that since I bought my own presents, it is safe to say that I like my presents. Haha.
Not that I didn't like all the previous presents I got for my previous birthdays. If you have ever given me a birthday present, be assured that I probably still have it in my room. I technically have like 5 cups given to me by the SAME person! And I do love her for it, but she technically didn't give me anything for two years now, which is kinda sad. ^^; (Who's counting? :P)
So that that's. It's fun cause I got presents, even if they were from myself. It's depressing because I had to give myself presents. :P
HAHAHAHAHAHA.
-*-*-*-*-*-
I can't freaking find something I want to listen to. I know I'm really into Kpop and all that stuff, but really, there doesn't seem to be anything I want to listen to right now. Leighton Meester and Cobra Starship's song is wearing real thin right now.
Oh, I was trying to think up of what movies are there to look forward to for the rest of this year, this was the sad sad list I came up with:
1. New Moon (AWESOME start to the list! WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I wouldn't be surprised if I lost all my readers at this point, do bear with me though. :P)
2. Avatar (Not Avatar: The Last Airbender, mind you. It's James Cameron's Avatar, complete with sexy blue guys and fight scenes. It's Blue Man Group meets LOTR. :P)
3. 2012 (Not really into this actually)
4. The Hurt Locker (Which is already out in cinemas in the US, but no idea if it will ever get here)
5. Gamer (It's out actually. My bro said a bit disappointing.)
6. The Lovely Bones
7. Ooo... forgot... Inglourious Basterds. ^^;;
I'm probably most excited over The Hurt Locker and The Lovely Bones. New Moon will probably be better if I did not already know the entire story behind the Twilight Saga. Avatar is getting too much hype for my liking. 2012 is... bleh. And Gamer is just... Gamer. ^^;
The Hurt Locker:
The Lovely Bones:
Annnnddd... for the heck of it:
You get to see Dakota Fanning as Jane. I like the Wolf Pack though. (Anyone reading this would definitely think I'm a girl by now). And how come it's getting to me that I think Kristen Steward is "randomly" hot? (I just fullscreened it and watched it, it actually looks kinda awesome. :P)
You know what, screw it, here's Avatar:
Awesome no? Actually, I would say no. I do not like the trailer at all. Haha. It looks really stupid to me. But the action scenes looks fan-tas-tic. It might be worth watching it 3-D, I dunno. Haha.
Inglourious Basterds:
Movies to watch next year maybe?
1. Iron Man 2
2. Shutter Island
3. Eclipse (Also here for the heck of it! :P)
4. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Part 1)
5. Alice in Wonderland
6. Whatever freaking movie Neill Blomkamp is going to make. :P
Am I missing anything to look forward to? Post it in the tagbox or the comments section and let me know. :P
And that's that for this quite random and quite non-personal post of this edition of the blog. Do come back next week when we discuss the pros and cons of manually ejecting a car seat out of your car. Tata!
